Bright yellow colour with green-golden hue. Excellent nose with great typicity, slate minerality and wet slate backed by ripe fruit, Mirabelle, Apricots and hints of physalis. A whiff of orange zest and brioche in the background. On the palate multi-layered with ripe fruit reminiscent of physalis and yellow stone fruit, hints of vanilla and brioche, refined minerality and elegant acidity. A Méthode Traditionelle with very good mousseux and excellent length, displaying an excellent ageing potential. |
